One of our most talked about coffees last year is back, and even better than before. Jose's washed coconut co-ferment is likely my favorite co-ferment of all time. It's impeccably clean and drinks like a washed coffee should.
Jose's farm, Capilla del Rosario sits high above Medellín with stunning views of the city. His coffees were introduced to us by Juan, who was visiting here in Grand Rapids a couple years ago and left us with some impressionable samples.
