Shipping policy

We work with great producers and develop great relationships to roast and sell you great coffee.  We aren’t in the shipping business.  We keep shipping cost as low as possible. We roast 2 - 3 days a week which may mean that your order will not ship for several days. We ship fresh roasted coffee as soon as possible. If you are unhappy with the shipping service or the condition of your coffee when it arrives, let us know.  We will do all we can to make it right.
