Ecuador Galo Morales Natural

Roasters notes:  A very limited quantity (4 bags!) of this left.  A beautiful coffee perfectly balanced with acidity, sweetness, complexity, and even a nice floral quality in the finish – this coffee has it all!  The producer, Galo Morales, won first place this year in Ecuador’s national quality competition, with his winning lot selling for $100/lb.   Needless to say, all of his coffees are exquisite and represent some of the best coffees coming from Ecuador.  This coffee is a mouthful of berries with a jammy, sometimes chocolatey, sweetness.  White florals linger on the palate in a faintly gesha-like way.
